Dr. Gray Jodon is a medical oncologist at Denver Health. He graduated with his medical degree (MD) from the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio and completed his internal medicine residency and hematology/oncology fellowship at the University of Colorado Anschutz. At Denver Health, in addition to caring for hematology/oncology patients Dr. Jodon is the director of education for the hematology/oncology department, training hematology/oncology fellows and providing education for the department as a whole. Dr. Jodon is passionate about medical education, health equity, and patient advocacy.

Tyler is a Colorado native who has completed most of his education at the University of Colorado with the exception of medical school at Pritzker School of Medicine at the University of Chicago. After medical school he returned home to CU for residency and fellowship, working as an internist for a couple of years between the two. He currently works as a medical oncologist and hematologist at the UCHealth Highlands Ranch Cancer Center where he sees a wide variety of pathology with a focus on gastrointestinal and lung cancers.

I am a general medical oncologist with an interest and research focus in gastrointestinal malignancies and sarcoma. I was born and raised in Akron, Colorado, completed my undergraduate educate at the University of Colorado in Boulder, attended the University of Colorado School of Medicine in Aurora, and performed my internship and residency at the University of Colorado Hospital in Internal Medicine. After serving as a Chief Medical Resident, I finished off my formal education with the Hematology and Oncology Fellowship program at the University of Colorado.

Once I completed my education and training, I took a position with Banner MD Anderson Cancer Centers in Greeley and Loveland, Colorado. My goal is to bring cutting edge research and specialized care to the communities of northern and eastern Colorado. Having grown up in northeastern Colorado, I pride myself in being able to connect on a personal level with my patients. I am honored to serve this community.

Eric H Bernicker, MD, is a medical oncologist and currently serves as the head of Thoracic Medical Oncology at the Houston Methodist Cancer Center (HMCC) in Houston, Texas. He is the principal investigator and co-investigator of multiple clinical trials at HMCC. He also serves on the tobacco control subcommittee of the American Society of Clinical Oncology’s Cancer Prevention Committee and the International Association for the Study of Lung Cancer’s tobacco control and smoking cessation committee. Dr. Bernicker is the medical director of Houston Methodist’s Smoking cessation program, an assistant clinical professor of medicine at Weill Cornell Medicine, chairman of the Houston Methodist Hospital Cancer Committee, and the liaison for the American Society of Clinical Oncology's quality program, Quality Oncology Practice Initiative. He is a member of the American Society of Clinical Oncology, the American Association for Cancer Research, and the International Association for the Study of Lung Cancer.

Dr. Bernicker completed his medical training, a residency in internal medicine, and a fellowship in hematology at Baylor College of Medicine. He also completed a fellowship in medical oncology at MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, Texas.

Laura R. Dickinson, PA, began her studies at the University of Denver where she completed a master’s degree in molecular biology, later moving to Pittsburgh to complete her physician assistant studies. Laura worked in oncology at the University of Pittsburgh for four years in a specialty clinic for patients with melanoma and sarcoma, after which she moved to Scotland where she worked in orthopedic surgery for a few years.
